Kuchenteig in das Blech legen, Rand nach Belieben verzieren. K&uuml;hl stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Backofen auf 220 &deg;C Unter-\/Oberhitze vorheizen. Zwiebeln halbieren, in Streifen schneiden. In Bratbutter ca. 10 Minuten d&uuml;nsten. Abk&uuml;hlen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K&auml;se grob reiben. Mit Mehl mischen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eier mit Milch verquirlen. Mit geriebener Muskatnuss, Salz und Pfeffer w&uuml;rzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zuerst Zwiebeln, dann K&auml;se auf den Teig verteilen. Guss dar&uuml;bergiessen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W&auml;he auf der untersten Ofenrille 10 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ofentemperatur auf 190 &deg;C reduzieren. W&auml;he 20&ndash;25 Minuten fertig backen, dabei die letzten 10 Minuten auf Unterhitze umstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Herausnehmen.
