B. Rosmarin, Thymian<br>Salz<br>Pfeffer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwiebeln in grobe St&uuml;cke schneiden. Kartoffeln in W&uuml;rfel scheiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bratbutter in einem Schmortopf erhitzen. Fleisch portionenweise anbraten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwiebeln und Kartoffeln zum Fleisch geben und alles d&uuml;nsten. Knoblauch dazu pressen. K&uuml;mmel im M&ouml;rser leicht zerstossen, beigeben. Mit Paprika best&auml;uben. Tomatenp&uuml;ree beigeben und mischen. Mit Bouillon abl&ouml;schen und den Tomaten auff&uuml;llen. Die H&auml;lfte der Kr&auml;uter beigeben. Zugedeckt bei kleiner Hitze ca. 1&frac12; Stunden schmoren lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deckel entfernen und Fl&uuml;ssigkeit etwas einkochen lassen. Kr&auml;uter entfernen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
